The Hoist Roc-IT weight machines offer advanced engineering to more accurately accommodate to the natural movement of the human body. Roc-IT weight machines change the angel of the body while in use, this reduces stress on joints, engages more muscles in the exercise, and more accurately mimics the natural range of movement of the body. The effect results in smoother, more effective work out.
